Returns
We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from Crejoylab, let us know so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 60 days of receipt for a refund less return shipping & handling costs.
Return Eligibility:
- Damaged product: You received damaged goods from the courier.
- Wrong product: We sent the incorrect item.
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been used or opened.
- Items without the original packaging.
- Returns initiated after the 60-day window.
Restocking Fee
Returned items that are not defective may be charged 20% of the retail value of each product to account for restocking, handling, and transaction fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Cancellations
Please note that any orders requested for cancellation before the item is shipped will be charged a payment processing fee of 10% of the retail value on the entire order.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong part, you may place a new order for the correct model and request to return the incorrect model back to us within 60 days of receiving it for a refund.
